The midwest has seen an increase in warmer and wetter winters than we have experienced in the past. Unfortunately, that means that we are seeing more algae growth on the side of our homes as the spores have time to incubate and grow.
Our low pressure house washing service can clean that unsightly algae and mildew growth without damaging your siding or costing you a full weekend doing it yourself.

Our primary goal is to make sure that your home stays safe with the secondary goal of getting it clean. This technique also allows us, in most cases, to clean the entire home without a technician getting on a ladder. Our equipment is setup to give that technician all of the cleaning power they need to be efficient and effective from the ground to minimize the risk of them being on a ladder.
This technique is generally safe for vegetation you work hard to grow. We really want to eliminate the green you do not want on your home and protect and preserve the flower beds and landscaping that makes your home look great. Since 2016 we have achieved this through proper training and equipment purchased for our trucks.

- Ground to gutterline cleaning
All surfaces between the ground line and the top of the gutters will be clean standard in our house washing services. This includes the outside of the gutters - All Outlets and Locks are taped off
We tape off any areas of intrusion we see could potentially be an issue so that they do not become a headache of a leak or a potential fire while we are cleaning - All ground plants and trees cared for
The solution is dilution. By giving all plants and trees water on a hot day, we are giving them a good drink to quench some thirst and minimize any chemical consumption. Once complete, we rinse everything thoroughly again to dilute any remaining potential chemical to a level that plants are not harmed. - Anything we need to move is moved back
We strive to make our services as headache free as possible for our customers. If we need to move anything to clean behind it, tape something off or make sure it’s rinsed enough to not be a problem, we want to make sure it is just as we found it when we leave.
